accommodation contract

With a room reservation a contract is concluded.
No matter whether in oral or written form. The guest is obliged to pay the agreed room price for the duration of the contract. This also applies if the room is not taken. If not claimed, we charge the room with deduction of 10% for the saved expenses.
Also applies to guests who are on assembly.
If on the day of arrival the room is canceled or not occupied, we will charge the agreed total amount.

If you book several rooms or a longer stay, we ask you to pay a deposit of 80% of the room price up to 4 weeks before arrival. We will communicate the account details to you. Should you, however, be below this 4 week limit, please transfer the amount immediately after the reservation has been completed.
