The rooms are always paid on the day of arrival on the spot.

The arrival should take place Monday to Friday until 23.00 clock, Saturday and Sunday until 22.00 clock.
If you can not make it by this time, we have the option to hang the key in our key safe. The code will be sent to you by mobile or e-mail. If something changes at your stated arrival time, please call us. If you have relatives or acquaintances in Berlin, you can also pick up the key from us.
