Accommodation contract
Regardless of whether the agreement is made verbally or in writing, the guest is obligated to pay the agreed room rate for the duration of the contract. This also applies if the room is not used. In case of non-use, we will invoice the guest for the room.
This also applies to guests who are away on business trips.
If the room is cancelled or not occupied on the day of arrival, we will invoice you for the agreed total amount.

For reservations of multiple rooms or longer stays, we kindly request a deposit of 80% of the room price up to four weeks prior to your arrival date. We will provide you with our bank details. However, if your stay is less than four weeks in advance, please transfer the full amount immediately upon booking confirmation.
