2. Website, hosting and technical data
This website uses IONOS MyWebsite Creator, provided by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Access involves processing technical data including IP address, date and time, requested page or file, referrer, browser, operating system and device type. These data serve website delivery, error analysis and protection against misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is secure, reliable website operation.
Images, font files and technical libraries are delivered through the Website Editor infrastructure and its content delivery networks. The servers involved receive the access data needed for transmission. More information: IONOS MyWebsite Creator.
3. Cookies and statistics
Optional cookie tracking of the website platform is disabled. Necessary storage functions may support display or remember dismissal of a notice. Where device access is strictly necessary, Section 25(2) TDDDG applies; subsequent personal data processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Simply using this website does not constitute consent to advertising or optional tracking.
IONOS describes WebAnalytics as statistical processing using log files or pixels without cookies. The IP address is anonymised after transmission; statistics include page, referrer, device, browser and access time for technical optimisation. 4. Contact and reservations
When you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide: name, contact and, where applicable, invoice details, travel dates, guest and room numbers, messages, booking and payment information. Purposes are responding to enquiries, preparing offers, arranging your stay and billing. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR covers pre-contractual steps and contract performance; general enquiries use Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, with our interest in appropriate responses. Statutory reporting, evidence and retention obligations use Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Required data depend on the enquiry or booking. Without necessary contact, travel or billing details we may be unable to process it. Please do not send identity document or credit card copies or sensitive health data through general contact channels. Reservation enquiries use contact links; clicking such a link does not itself conclude an accommodation contract.
5. Optional contact through WhatsApp
The WhatsApp link opens an external service. Its provider processes telephone numbers, communication and usage data under its own terms; processing outside the EEA is possible. We use the messages and contact details you send to handle your enquiry on the bases stated in section 4. WhatsApp is optional: email and telephone are also available. 6. Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook links
Our route-planning and social-network links open external services. The contact links themselves do not embed maps or social-media posts. Once you click, the provider’s privacy rules apply; it may process IP addresses, device and usage data and associate use with your account. Information: Google, Instagram, Facebook.
We process messages you send us on these platforms for communication. Platform statistics and the operators’ other independent processing are described in their privacy notices. Use is voluntary.
7. Recipients and processing outside the EEA
Access is limited to people and service providers as needed for each purpose, including IT and hosting providers, staff handling bookings and, where relevant to billing, banks, tax advisers and competent authorities. Booking platforms exchange data if you book through them. Disclosure requires an applicable legal basis.
International infrastructure and communication services may involve processing outside the EEA. Transfers are subject to Articles 44 et seq. GDPR, including an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as EU standard contractual clauses. You may request information about specific processing and safeguards from us. 8. Retention
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle them and any follow-up questions. Contract and billing data are retained for contract performance and applicable statutory commercial and tax retention periods. Legal claims may require retention until resolved or until the relevant limitation period ends. Data are then deleted unless another lawful retention ground applies. Technical data are processed for operation and security; hosting and statistical processing also follow the provider information linked above.
9. Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you have rights of access (Article 15), rectification (16), erasure (17), restriction (18) and data portability (20). Consent may be withdrawn at any time for the future, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Objection: You may object to processing under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation (Article 21). You may object to direct marketing at any time.
You may complain to a supervisory authority under Article 77 GDPR, especially where you live or work or where an alleged infringement occurred. 10. Security and updates
The website uses HTTPS. Email and messaging can still involve security risks; please agree a suitable channel with us for confidential information. The website contact links do not make solely automated booking decisions with legal effects. We update this notice when functionality or processing changes.
