We look forward to seeing you!
Arrival / Check-in:
- We will greet you with a smile as usual, but unfortunately we have to refrain from shaking hands.
- Please enter the hotel wearing a face mask and keep it on in public areas.
- Please disinfect your hands at the dispenser provided in the entrance area upon entering the building.
- You will receive your key and spa cards in an envelope
- We will gladly accompany you to your room as usual and explain everything you need to know.
- Please ensure that you maintain a minimum distance of 1.50m from other guests and staff at all times.
- In the hallways and stairwell, we ask for particular caution; if in doubt, please give priority to other guests to maintain social distancing.
The house rules / Behavior in the hotel:
As good hosts, we are responsible for your health and the health of our employees. Therefore, we would like to summarize the most important hygiene rules for you once again:
Guests with symptoms of respiratory infection and fever are not permitted to enter the hotel. Should any symptoms occur during your stay, please inform us immediately. This also applies to us and our staff.
- If you wish to receive visitors, this is only possible after prior arrangement with us and appropriate documentation of contact details.
- Coughing and sneezing etiquette must be strictly observed in all cases.
- Please maintain a minimum distance of 1.50m at all times and in all places.
- Please wear a face mask in the public areas of the hotel.
- Please wash your hands thoroughly and regularly.
- Please always disinfect your hands thoroughly at the provided dispensers upon entering the hotel.
- By signing our house rules and thus the prescribed measures to contain the pandemic, you accept them upon arrival.
Breakfast:
We love our breakfast! And this is how we start your day:
We have prepared a breakfast menu for you. Please indicate your breakfast choices for the following day by checking the boxes. Please leave the completed order form at the table outside the breakfast room by 3:00 PM at the latest.
- To maintain the necessary distances, we will serve breakfast to you in three groups at the table.
- We will discuss which of the three possible times you would like to have breakfast at upon your arrival.
- Please wear a face mask on your way from your room to the breakfast room and back; you may of course remove it at your table.
- Please wash your hands thoroughly before breakfast and disinfect them before entering the breakfast room.
- For hygiene reasons, the public restrooms are closed; please use the toilets in your hotel rooms.
Please understand that the breakfast room is exclusively for breakfast and must remain closed for other purposes.
The hotel rooms:
Your sanctuary, your kingdom! How we respect it:
- As strongly recommended by DEHOGA (German Hotel and Restaurant Association), hotel rooms should only be cleaned every three days to minimize contact with staff. We are following this recommendation. If you would like your room cleaned more frequently, please let us know.
Do you need towels or toilet paper? Please let us know.
- We will only clean your room when you are not in it.
- Adequate ventilation during room cleaning is mandatory.
We kindly ask for your understanding that due to intensive cleaning and disinfection of your rooms, check-in will not be possible until 3:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly request that you vacate your room by 10:30 AM.
- We have thoroughly prepared and trained our employees

- Except for the face mask, the same rules apply here as in the hotel.
Departure:
Despite everything, we hope you had a nice holiday!
- Please enter the reception area only "room by room".
- We kindly ask you to settle your bill on the day of arrival.
Cash payment is still possible
- Please vacate your room promptly by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure.
- As with arrival: Even if check-out should be as contactless as possible, you can be sure of our warm smile!
We will incorporate any updates and changes into our concept as quickly as possible and keep our guests informed at all times. However, we ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee completeness, and that changes may occur at short notice.
